List of Change Orders

OBJECTIVE

The List of Change Orders function is used to generate a list that includes all change notifications for the period requested.

maestro* > Projects > Change Orders > Change Order > List of Change Orders

 

Generate a list of change orders

  1. Select an Entry Dates Range and one or more Projects.
  2. Select the other choices based on specific requirements.

Do not print amounts

If the box is checked, does not print the amounts.

  1. Select one or more Statuses.
  2. Click Accept.
 

The Configuration icon allows you to change which columns are displayed in the report.. Among other options, it is possible to display certain columns that are hidden by default, such as the reference, the supplier’s code and name, the quantity and the unit selling price, etc. To do this, click on the Columns tab, select the columns to be displayed and click on Apply.
